Founded in 1977, Venelin is the longest-standing active company in Venezuela’s oil industry, having provided uninterrupted services ever since. It was jointly established by two of Spain’s leading groups in the sector—Dragados – ACS and Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas (FCC) — whose combined experience spans more than 150 years.
Throughout its history, Venelin has participated in numerous major projects, primarily in oil fields, building a strong reputation for operational excellence, technological innovation, and strict compliance with safety and sustainability standards.
In 2012, Venelin took a significant step in its international expansion with the establishment of Venelin Colombia S.A.S., strengthening its presence in the Latin American market and demonstrating its ability to operate in new markets while maintaining the same high standards of quality and commitment.
