GUZZLER VACUUM TRUCKS - 27″ HG

GUZZLER VACUUM TRUCK: Equipped with a blower system capable of achieving 27 inches of mercury (inHg) vacuum—near full vacuum—and 8-inch-diameter suction piping, this unit is designed to remove heavy sludge, solids, and fine dust particles down to one micron. A baghouse filtration system prevents dust particles from escaping and contaminating the air, while waste is securely contained in a sealed tank. The collected material can be discharged by pumping or by tipping the tank and opening the rear door. The 8-inch suction system can handle virtually any material capable of passing through the piping, including oil- and water-based sludge, coke, coarse aggregate, sand, bricks, crushed stone, general debris, bottles, and fine powders such as lime and cement. The vacuum unit is mounted on a diesel-powered truck with tandem rear drive axles.

STORAGE CAPACITY: 12 m³

HIGH-PRESSURE WATER JETTING TRUCKS

Equipped with a 10,000-liter water tank connected to a three-piston pump capable of delivering water at pressures of up to 15,000 psi. The truck is fitted with high-pressure hoses and accessories for cleaning a wide range of equipment, including heat exchangers, reactors, sewers, pipelines, coolers, and storage tanks (both internally and externally). The system is powered by diesel engines.

COMBINATION VACUUM AND JETTING TRUCKS

COMBINATION VACUUM / JETTING TRUCK:

Equipped with a dual-compartment tank featuring a 4,000-liter water section for hydrojetting and a 7 m³ section for vacuum collection. The unit is connected to a pump capable of delivering water at pressures of up to 15,000 psi while simultaneously removing waste and debris generated during cleaning operations. It is fitted with high-pressure hoses and accessories for cleaning a wide range of equipment, including heat exchangers, reactors, sewers, pipelines, coolers, and storage tanks (both internally and externally). The system is powered by diesel engines.

HIGH-PRESSURE PUMPS

HIGH-PRESSURE HYDROJETTING PUMPS:

Used for cleaning tube bundles in reactors, coolers, air-cooled heat exchangers (fin-fan coolers), heat exchangers, industrial filters, and industrial radiators. Operating pressures range from 10,000 to 40,000 psi, with nozzles featuring two to four water jets.

LOW- AND HIGH-LIFT SUCTION / DISCHARGE PUMPS

LOW- AND HIGH-FLOW TRIPLEX PUMPS:

Used for injecting liquid effluents and slurries into wells, with flow rates of up to 10 bbl/min.

SCREW-TYPE (POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT) AND CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS:

Used for pit dewatering and the transfer of liquid effluents.

SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS: 75 m³/h to 380 m³/h

Used for pit dewatering and the transfer of liquid effluents.

Flush By PTL-001

Introducing the Flush-By PTL-001, a self-propelled hybrid unit designed to maximize efficiency in well servicing projects and other critical operations.

Proven Performance and Reliability – 150 HP

The PTL-001 combines power and precision to deliver outstanding performance under demanding operating conditions:

High Lifting Capacity: Equipped with a heavy-duty winch rated for a maximum line pull of 100,000 lb on the first layer.
High-Performance Pumping System: Features a state-of-the-art TRIPLEX (K-100) pump for optimal fluid handling and control.
Reliable Working Pressure: Designed to operate effectively at pressures of up to 3,000 psi.
Versatile Design: Its self-propelled, hybrid configuration provides excellent mobility and operational flexibility without compromising power.

RSU (Rapid Service Unit)

The RSU (Rapid Service Unit) is a highly versatile mobile well-servicing unit designed for fast maintenance and repair operations in oilfields.

It combines the capabilities of a high-pressure fluid pumping unit with those of a tubing and rod pulling unit. Its key advantage is rapid deployment: it is more compact than a conventional workover rig, and its mast can be rigged up in approximately 30 minutes. Its self-contained, self-supporting design eliminates the need for external guy wires.

The RSU shown has a 70,000 lb pulling capacity and can restore a well to production within hours using a crew of only three people. Its central diesel engine simultaneously powers the hoisting and high-pressure fluid circulation systems without compromising performance. The unit is rated at 250 HP.

It is used for essential well-servicing operations such as pulling and running tubing and rods, replacing downhole pumps, well cleanouts, light fishing operations, and surface repairs. Its main components include a telescopic mast, winch, reciprocating pump, and integrated safety systems.
